Fields not getting populated when using Input Tool

Hi, Need some help regarding the below - 

 

I am trying to input data from an XLS. file and see my raw data has a column / field for Comments. These comments in the raw data file are not getting populated when I try to input it on Alteryx. Everything else seems to be fine though. I assume it is because the comments are very long (has too many characters) and the V_STRING has a limit of 255.

 

Could you please guide me with a work around, as I need to populate all the comments into the workflow.
