Try Outlook Input tool
@Pratik1996 When you use the Outlook 365 Input tool, you can choose how to log in. If you choose "Sign in via Internet Browser" your sign in will be good for six months. After that, it logs you out automatically and you need to sign in again. If you choose to sign in using Client ID, etc., then you can set the sign in expiration date.
I chose to sign in using my browser and this is the response:
After that, you can choose which folder for the tool to look into:
You can also choose which pieces you want to pass to your workflow, such as Subject, Body, etc., and you can choose to download attachments.
You can also choose how to process your emails. I have used this tool to read certain emails and to find certain things in the Subject and Body, then mark the emails as "read."
Thank you for your response. may i know how it will work on Server & how we can configure for different users ?
Server side will be different because when your end user goes on server, are you hoping that the workflow configures the Outlook tool to map to the end user’s SSO? It’s gonna be complex.
Before we get there, uploading the workflow to the server will require you to embed many elements including the Outlook tool itself.
Depending on your configuration; for example if you use secret keys and tenant ID for your Outlook tool, those articles are attached to the user who inputs them or knows the details. Essentially meaning - when you upload said workflow to the server, you are riding on the person’s credentials who logged in on the Server side.
This is quite hard to do. Designer would be the better way… but I may not be well versed enough to conclude that entirely.
How to automate input Data from Microsoft Outlook in MS Access. This will help in uploading the data directly in MS Access whenever any new mail is transferred to that folder in Outlook
