I have the first table and want to extract all rows with numbers in whole thousands (see table below first table)

Can anyone help me?

I need a little more detail as to what you are trying to achieve. You can bring this data right into Alteryx and filter out the empty rows. You might need to change your localization so that the period (.) and comma (,) represent thousands and decimals properly.

If you can import your data into Alteryx you can convert the ammount to a integer with the select tool then check that it is a whole thousand like this:
