Extract table into different sheet

Hope you are doing well !!

Would like to thank every time you provide your experience and guidance.

Currently I'm looking to extract the three different table into different sheets or tabs

Example, one sheet contain all three tables with header 1. Swaption, 2.  FX Trades and 3. Rates Hedges

Just want to pull these table/data into different sheets, the challenge for me the data (No.of rows) may differ.

For your reference I have attached both input and expected output file.
