Extract data from word document

Hi,

I am working on extracting data from word document, but not very successful as alteryx is not supply with word format very well. I attached one template, is anyone know how to extract data highlighted in yellow line in this template?

@philosophy22 can you open Designer as an Administrator and then run the workflow.

Another option would be to save the word as a text file and pull it in as a CSV using an Input Tool.
