Hi guys,

 

From the given text i will like extract only Dividend - Rs- 6.00

 

Final Dividend - Rs. - 10.0000
Consolidation of Shares
Consolidation of Shares
Reduction of Capital
Dividend - Rs. - 6.0000
Interim Dividend - Rs. - 13.5000

 

EXPECTED RESULT :

 

Final Dividend - Rs. - 10.0000  
Consolidation of Shares  
Consolidation of Shares  
Reduction of Capital  
Dividend - Rs. - 6.0000Dividend - Rs. - 6.00006.0000
Interim Dividend - Rs. - 13.5000

Your approach will be similar to my reply to your previous post here. All you would have to do is to change the formula to:

 

 

IF StartsWith([Purpose],"Dividend") THEN [Purpose] ELSE "" ENDIF

I noticed you wanted another column to parse the dividend amount. Here is an extension to my reply to achieve this. 🙂

 

You can use a RegEx Tool set to Parse output method with the following expression. Have attached a sample workflow for you as well.
