Excel Data Loading Format

Hi Team,

Could you please help me to output the data from Alteryx in excel in this particular format.

I have attached the excel file.

Also based on certain condition I would like to output the data in three different sheets in same excel file.

In case if I don't have any data still I would like to generate the sheet with empty rows.

and it should overwrite the file when we have data in the same sheet

use the workflow attached to replicate the template and then use output tool capabilities to write data in newly created excel file defining range>
