European Geocoder not working

I am trying to geocode German zipcodes (formatted e.g. 94332) using the European geocoder but am receiving the following error: (I have also attached configuration input for reference)

Does anyone know what this issues is/how I can resolve it?

Hi @freyahansen04,

 

Just to close the loop.

This case was with Support and the resolution was for customer to set GeoCoder up on a remote server.
