Error with Formula

Hi, I am getting a return value of "Null" on formula "CY Macrs Depreciation" Can you assist?

I have uploaded the Alteyx and input data.

Couple things here - Prior to your formula you'll probably want to change the "Years in Service" field to a numeric so that it can be used in a calculation.  And then in your formula you'll want to remove the quotes from anything that is a numeric, such as your Tax Life values.
