Error on saving workflow: Field is missing. Compare tool configuration with input stream

My workflow is running fine without errors but when I try to save it in the gallery, I am getting below error. However I have checked; field "F5" is not missing. But I am wondering why is it showing as missing??

So its a cross tab tool which I have applied on the below data:

The above data is coming from the a the select tool as encircled in black in below snip to which I have applied the cross tab tool as highlighted in yellow in below snip:

This error is because Record Ids are becoming column which are not actually column for the next tool until the workflow is run. So the workflow is failing in validation while saving

Just save the workflow without validation and run it through gallery, it will run without error there.
