Error message with installing Box Input tool Box- Output YXI file

I am trying to install Box Tools and getting the following error. 

 

An error occurred during installation.

Error: no matching distribution found for cffi>1.12 (from -r requirement-thirdparty.txt (line 3))

 

Does anyone have a solution?

Which version of Designer are you using?

Can you try running Alteryx as Administrator and then install the tool?

Or check if you have some restrictions to download and install Python packages

 

I just reinstalled it (to be sure)  and worked fine
