Error - File not found

The Workflow throws "File not found" error even when that necessary input file is present in the exact location from where it is being read., was happening for 2 files, but when I restarted my device the 2nd error went away, but this one file is still not being read. Don't know what to do, open to suggestions.

Is this by chance a network drive? 

What type of files are not being picked up? Have you tried different file types?

Just trying to more understand the issue to help troubleshoot.

Also, are you using relative paths or complete paths and are you using wildcards in your filenames?

It is a shared network drive and the file format is .xlxs, I haven't yet check another format for the same file.

were you able to access the shared drive when Alteryx gave you file not found error?

Is file saved in Cloud or file was saved with any restrictions?
