I am trying to send an email (using reporting tool) from the outlook of one company to another company. I am using the below settings. After I put all the settings and just click on the canvas (without even running the workflow) the settings automatically change like on the second screenshot. And when I run the workflow it obviously gives me an error message (Failed to send to one or more recipients).
Why are the settings changing and how I can make it work?

Are you able to confirm the port is the correct number for your SMTP server with your IT team?
Also as it is auto updating to no encryption could it be that the encryption you have selected is not the correct one for your email service.
Could you try running it with no encryption and port number 25 instead?
