Email Tool question

I have text for an email body which I build up with formulas and eventually combine in report text tool before outputting with the check box in email tool and selected the text field.  Some of the text is bulleted information.  Everything looks fine as it travels through the workflow, but the email tool flattens the bulleted information into a continuous flat line of text.  Any suggestions on how to resolve this or is it the email system that we use under the covers of Outlook that are causing the issue?  Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

@DanielG
If you untick the following it should do the trick, i.e. untick validate PCXML. Ensure that radio button isn't selected either. That seems to cause me the same issue with the bullets being flattened. Although, it could be another issue. I'm curious.

@BS_THE_ANALYST  - thanks for the advice unfortunately that didnt work.  BUT it got me to figure out my issue while I was trying all the different ways to config the tool I asked myself why is this so complicated.  Seems like it is a simple thing.  So I just re-examined my workflow and it boiled down to this:

I was trying to make it more complicated then it needed to be.  I was trying to build bulleted lists with the summarize tool and layer that in with formulas, etc.  So I un-wound it and ended up just taking individual bullets from input that are in their own rows and cross-tabbing them into columns, then I let the Text Tool do the concatenating for me by stacking them:

[Column1]

[Col;umn2]

etc.

I really need to learn how to get out of my own way....  haha.  Thanks for the help and happy holidays!!!

@DanielG hey, if it works, that's a win. I know all too well about overcomplicating things 😂. Good job resolving it dude. Happy holidays!
