Email Multiple Recipients

Hi,

I have a workflow that needs to send 70 recipients. The issue I have is that it is not sending to all because the To field is cutting off the other email address. I checked if I can find some solution here but unable to find one.

It seems that this has been an issue ever since and I am not sure if we already have a solutions to this.

I hope someone will help me on this.

Thanks for the response. However, regret to say that our partner don't want to combined the email address through distribution list. The email address should be posted in the TO field as shown as 70 email address.

I hope I could hear any other solutions.

I don't believe there is another solution currently - I am the one who posted the idea and I haven't gotten a response back. @TUSHAR050392's article seems to work so I'd move in that direction

Hi @KamenRider,

You can send individual emails if you want.

Check out the photo i attached just make sure to have each email as its' own record. Then choose the "Use Field" option in the email tool.

@KamenRider I am not sure you got the issue fixed, but what I heard was even though you get the email error the recipients should receive the email, maybe you can test from your workflow

Thanks for the response. The recipient is more than 50++ and goes to our domestic counterpart. Tried using my email address by duplicating it like about 20 and I am receiving only like 7 or 8 emails. So I presume, not all emails are getting through the mailbox.

I haven't find yet any solution to this to show all recipients. Our hard coded is not being accepted by the Alteryx server so until now we are still hoping for answers.
