Dynamically reading multiple Inputs and generating multiple outputs

I have 2 input files ( file_A and file_B). I want to read bot the files dynamically and want the output ( same input file) in 2 excel files. 

 

FYI - Schemas are different ( column orders are not same in input files) and I have also attach the input files.

 

Please help me with a solution.
