Dynamic replacement of a dynamic value

I am trying to get a report where a particular cell data which is dynamic and i need to replace it with another cell data.

Here i am trying to replace the "RD start date" on corresponding number's last "AD end date".

For example:

I want to replace "AD End date (Here 13-01-2023 00:00)" with "RD Start date (Here 08-01-2023 00:00)".

i want to repeat this for 100+ numbers. 

Anybody have any idea on this ??

I have little bit complexity to be added. 

So i need the RD data which needs to added only to the AD1 stop time. Also same only the last Rd time to be taken to LAST AD1 STOP TIME.

@Macio @You want the last RD start time to reflect in to last AD1 stop time? Eg in the case of number 1 , the AD1 time should be replaced with the last RD time  08-01-2023?
