Dynamic input and edit each file

Hello

 

I'm trying to edit a multiple file in a single folder to add a header to each file as listed below. Can I do this more simple way like using a dynamic input and a single union tool and output tool?

If all your input data is having same schema, it can be much easier.

thanks for the quick response. I can't open the attached file probably because I'm using an older version of alteryx. Can you attach the setting within the dynamic rename tool. Also I'm really a beginner and cannot figure out what you mean by the formula... when I try to replicate what you did, the tool shows an error like below. Probably asking a very dumb question. Sorry in advance.
