Dynamic condition formula

Hi all,

Basically my question is: Is there a beautiful way to create dynamic formulas to change the conditions afterwars?

For example; change the condions based on the values which a functionality similir to a "select case" using an input file to be configured easily.

Let me know if you need further details. I've been trying the "dynamic replace tool" but I am not totally satisfied.
