Dynamic Input truncates data

Hi. I am using the Dynamic Input tool to grab data from multiple csv files. Some of the fields are long string. May I know if it's possible to stop the Dynamic Input tool from truncating the data?

When you set up your template in the DI tool, you can set the string length larger.

*.TAB (Mapinfo) extension doesn't have a string length field. Any thoughts? It truncates records.
