Download tool from SFTP Error transferring data: Transferred a partial file

My workflow worked well until 5/2/2021. Nothing changed in the format of the received file, nothing changed in the SFTP server. It gets the file and downloads it to the correct folder but throws this error "Error transferring data: Transferred a partial file" the workflow then ends.The file is .csv with less than 50 records and only 4 columns so its not like its a huge file. There is nothing anywhere for a solution n this topic. I cannot upload my workflow either as i need my job. however this is it Download file from SFTP, put in local folder, append from folder to master file, delete folder for the next day as it is a 7 day a week run. It gets to download folder and says partial file, however the entire file is in the folder and errors out. It even errors out when i remove end on error. Has anyone solved this issue?

@rossjustin how are you outputting to the file?

As a test, can you try to output to a file via the Download tool:

and also via the Output file tool after the Download.
