Hello,
Will anyone help how to draft the process document related to any project we developed on Alteryx as auditor are not families how the Alteryx project has been built rather they are more focus on step by step.
Can anyone help on sample project that has been drafted on word file.
In addition to your Word file, I would highly recommend using the template that Ian Baldwin from the Information Lab created to document your workflow. See the link below, "With this approach we look to document the ‘process’ which a series of tools connected together are looking to achieve, which is more difficult to decipher than what individual tools are doing. We also use coloured text boxes to identify the type of processes which are being applied. For example, purples for joins and blues for data preparation."
I would use it on all the workflows I create, and it really helps when you have to revisit a workflow.

Hello @ShreyaSharma,
I recommend looking at Workflow Admin Manager (WAM). This application allows you to streamline the documentation and management of Alteryx workflows with detailed audit reports. These reports are easy to access and share and they provide insight into data connections, tools, configurations, as well as process logic. You can also track changes within your workflow, track workflow versions, and apply mass updates to data connections, formulas, filters and more.
If you would like additional information you can go to this link: https://gallery.alteryx.com/#!app/Workflow-Admin-Manager-for-Alteryx-by-Capitalize-Analytics/5fb3ff2...
As Lindsay mentioned, WAM has a crazy amount of auto documentation that auditors and IT find very useful. Here's the direct webpage with links to trials, demos, and write-ups. https://capitalizeconsulting.com/workflow-admin-manager/
