Difference in records between designer desktop and UAT server

Hello, I have a workflow in which there is a difference between the number of records between Designer Desktop and UAT server. I am losing out on few records in server. Just to give a context; I am using UNION tool to collate all records before block until done. I have to use Block until done since I am writing outputs to multiple sheets inside same file.
Any idea on what could be the issue?
Note: I am using exact same workflow and exact same input files and there is no error either on desktop version nor on UAT server version, I dont seem to understand why are records from one stream of UNION tool missing.

Not sure if you found an answer to this.  The only thing I could think of, is that the server didn't have access to the file with the records missing.

Can you please check if you receive any error message on the UAT server? This may cause you lose some data on it
