Until about a week ago, our workflows exporting or importing from a google sheet started having the issues. See the error in the screenshot below.
Here is a screenshot and a full video. The same error happens with the 3.0 or the 2.2 version of the google drive output tool.

I'm no expert on Google Sheets but but based on what I can see it looks like your stored token may have been expired or possibly even revoked
How would I go about renewing the token?? Or even finding where the token is stored?
This is the google sheets tool? which was deprecated like 18 months ago? open a new workflow ---> drag a new tool down. see if this triggers google oauth. If this triggers oauth --- and you consent --- go back to the original workflow and run. the issue is how do you trigger the oauth consent flow --- usually this is by playing with your current workflows tools (and resetting them) -- which is problematic or using the tool
