Designer settings for tools to run on changes made to data by previous tools

Hi All,

I have a workflow that runs smoothly, but the last leg of workflow tools does not pick the updated numbers done by previous Workflow Tools.

For example, I am using some 40 Tools in a Workflow where Tool # 30-35 are making some changes to the data in an excel spreadsheet and I want the Tools from 36 to 40 to refresh the formulas and work on the updated data.

My current workflow is showing the numbers what they are at the start of the workflow.  Is there a way to do that.
