=IFERROR((IF(F2=0,0,VLOOKUP(F2,E:N,10,FALSE))),0)

Hi @Kinetic_analytics 

 

Use a Join tool and connect your data to both the L and R inputs. Select Case ID for one dropdown and Related Case as the other dropdown to join by. This should get you pretty much there.
