Data package installation

Good day everyone,

I am trying to install the data package “US_Census_2010_SF1_Data” (It is the only one I have access).

I download it, extract it, I ran the “DataInstall.exe”, I allow the program to make change on my computer and then absolutely nothing happen.

I tried to change the compatibility with different window version (w8, w7, wxp, wvista) (I have window 10), I tried to make more space on my computer and to deactivate my firewall, but nothing change. Any idea?

PS: the reason why I am trying to install this package is because I need a drivetime dataset for the distance tool and I believe it is inside that data package. Tell me if I am wrong.

The drivetime data is not included in the US census date. The drivetime data is included in the Location Insights data package, which is an add-on to Designer. If you're interested, I suggest reaching out to your Account Manager. You can get a trial for the data pack if needed.
