Data Transformation

I have an Excel data file listing instructors and classes for various skills in a pivot table like format.

I need the data in a pre-pivot table format.

I tried Transpose, but the result is not what I need.

I have included a sample input data file and included an example of the desired output.

I’m sure the answer is somewhere in the Community, but I could not find the correct search term to locate the answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
