Data Comparison between 2 tables

Hi, 

I need to compare data from 2 tables ie, First table i have some data and the second table is a lookup table. Based on the comparison, i have to take the data from the lookup table and update in the third table. Please find my scenario below. Kindly help me to solve this issue. Please help me to design workflow in alteryx

I'd to it with a Join tool and selecting which fields to exclude within the tool.
