Where can I get the definition of the Accuracy Code in this file?

You can find the definition in the US Data Variable list in the documentation folder on the hard drive we ship out. It will be on the DNB tab and is in the first row.

In case you don't have that drive/folder anymore I've gone ahead and attached it already.
