Creating multiple reports from a single file in excel. Each report also to be divided

Hi Users,

I have got the attached sheet as a result from a workflow from the tool (sheet1). Now, to report it below are my requirements:

1. To divide the table (whole data) in separate tabs in a single file on the basis of 'Unit' which I can achieve by using 'Group by' in Table Tool.

2. In addition to this, after data is divided into different tabs, in each tab, the rows having 'comment'  - 'To be considered in Return' also to be grouped together and shown separately in the same respective tab. Example shown for 1 BU in tab 'A'

Please can someone suggest how to do it.

I see that you are referring to table tool, are you using the Reporting tools to design your output? If not, you can use the standard Output tool and you can follow this guide:
