Creating an analytic app where I want all the workflows of user who's logged-in in Sandbox

Creating an Alteryx analytic app that fetches user and workflow data from a MongoDB database on a Sandbox server and displays the details of the logged-in user and their workflows.  I want all the workflows in listbox
Can anyone help me with the steps?

When selecting External source it will gives you several option how to connect the tool to external sources. I never connected it before to MongoDB before, however you can explore in that direction
