Creating a CSV Output File Using Excel

Hello, I am having an issue with counting cells and column row placement using counting for variable fields.  I need the output to be a csv, with excel input.  I have tried various multi-row formulas, but think I may need a macro or dynamic replace tool instead.  I have attached some sample info on one tab and desired results on the other tab and would appreciate any guidance or tips. Thank you!

@nihou
Can you check the data in "Wanted Results" tab.

I am afraid the data there doest not make sense to me🤔

Thank you for your help. Could you tell me what cell? It should be linked except where variable constant. I can give more info if I know the cell.

Thank you

I have revised my source file.  Everything should be linked to see where it comes from on the source vs wanted results.  I have a form that I need to upload to a website via a csv format.  It is thousands of lines, we have been using excel but I would like to use Alteryx.

My example is of a restaurant, some restaurants have more than one order.  The order form has a header section and three sections, section A, B and C.  Each section of the report only wants specific portion of the restaurant order.  They also have to be in certain columns.  Some have one restaurant order others have multiple orders.  The key identifier is Restaurant Number in column S.

Thank you for the explanation. I am getting a bit more.

But what is the meaning of items in first column, LA, LB and so on. I dont see them in the source data.

Yes, that is one of the difficulties I am having.

LA 0001 is for Section A Line 1

LA 0002 is for Section A Line 2

LB 0001 is for Section B Line 1

LB 0002 is for Section B Line 2

LC 0001 is for Section C Line 1

LC 0002 is for Section C Line 2

it is a count based on the restaurants that have multiple orders, some have one order some have more.

Thanks again, I appreciate any help.

Qui, I am going to trim down the information to make it more simple, sorry I am a first timer here and appreciate the help.  Hopefully when I trim it down, it will help...

I have broke out and simplified the data, let me know if it makes more sense or if I need to provide a better data set.
