Creating Time range

Hi,

I have a DateTime column which is in this format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. What I want to do is to create an hourly time range, for example 10am to 11am, 11am to 12pm, 12pm to 1pm etc and see each datetime record lies under which range.

Example 2020-05-12 14:30:24 lies between 14:00-15:00 PM time slot.

Could anyone help me on this? there are around 40k records and i want to place each Datetime record under the Hour range.
