Hi all,
I am working on creating a report that utilizes a custom font (Gotham) which isn't native to Alteryx. Link to download: https://fontsgeek.com/fonts/Gotham-Bold
After installing the font for all users, I am able to see Gotham as an option within the reporting tools, but for some reason when the report is output, the text populates as Times New Roman. Below is an example using just a browse tool, but the results are the same when rendering to PDF. Any thoughts?
Hi @rborger
Do you have your default font set to Times New Roman in Alteryx? Options > User Settings > Edit User Settings > Localization
Its a bit of a work around but If you can change the font there to Gotham that (hopefully) should allow the render to output correctly.
Good idea. We were actually set to default to Arial. I tested changing the default to Gotham and the results are unfortunately the same Times New Roman output. Very bizarre as the font functions correctly in other applications. Perhaps the font package must be installed to a specific reference point
