Create Pivot Table with Percentage

Hi:

Im using the Summarize - Group By Region & Sum Sales. But unable to add the percentage as shown in the pivot output. Could anybody help me how to do that.

Input File

Territory	Region	Sale
2A101	Northeast	$100,000
2B202	Northeast	$200,000
4A304	Midwest	$50,000
4B205	Midwest	$25,000
9B101	South	$75,000
9A202	South	$65,000
8A234	West	$90,000
8B208	West	$200,000

Pivot Output File

Region	Total Sale	% of Region Contribution To Nation Sales
Midwest	$   75,000.00	$75,000.00 (9%)
Northeast	$ 300,000.00	$300,000.00 (38%)
South	$ 140,000.00	$140,000.00 (17%)
West	$ 290,000.00	$290,000.00 (36%)
