Country wise Rank

I have following data-set I'm looking for country wise Rank 

I need new column Rank based on country and salary

Input:

Country	Employee	Salary
India	A	100
India	B	120
India	C	80
Brazil	X	200
Brazil	Y	150
Brazil	Z	55
Brazil	R	80
