Copy row where where condition is true

I'd drawing a blank on this task and want to use Generate Rows tool but not sure it's the right one!

My data is in the first table. Where campaign = 1 I want to duplicate that row but add a week onto the date, giving table 2.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

While this is probably possible using only a generate rows tool, I think that is a relatively complex design.  I instead set this up using a Generate Rows, Formula, and Select tool.
