Converting consolidated FAQs into stakeholder specific versions

I am working on a project with a large number of FAQs being developed with different themes and different stakeholder focuses. We want to have the consolidated version in excel for quality control but we also want to split out questions into themes and to different stakeholders for a more user friendly version in a word/google docs.
