Converting Columns to Rows

Hi Alteryx Gods-

Looking for some help to understand how I can convert region and depart columns to rows so I can create a pivot table that allows me to break up Cost center by Area or Department in rows and the revenue shows up in the total column. 

Cost Center	Team	Activity	US EAST	US Central	US West	Area Total	Parts	Services	Sale	Dept Total
3512	Alpha	A	10	11	12	33	5	19	9	33
3522	Beta	B	5	6	7	18	12	5	1	18
3576	Charlie	A	12	13	15	40	2	3	35	40
3569	Delta	B	2	3	8	13	1	5	7	13

Is this what you're looking for? You can get all values by cost center/team/activity by using a Transpose.

If not, can you post a "goal output" that you are trying to get to, so we can better understand your requirements?
