Convert email BLOBs from SQL Server into standard email file formats.

I am trying to use Alteryx to export BLOBS from a SQL database. I have exported all other file types (.pdf, .doc, etc.) with the Blob Output tool but I'm not entirely sure how to format these particular files. 

Attached is how the files look in the Microsoft SSMS.

@AdrianWSH , you can save them to disk using the extension supported by your email solution (may be .msg)

To save a blob to disk use blob output tool.
