Convert PDF to Excel

I am trying to convert a large PDF into Excel. My company's version of Alteryx does not have a PDF Macro toll so one was created manually through the 'Install R packages' tool to install a PDF tool package. It won't seem to work for me. Any direction would be helpful. Thanks!
