Convert MMM YYY string to date.

Hello,

 

I have a Date column, but the dates are written as below:

 

SEP 2023

JAN 2022

MAY 2024

DEC 2023

 

I want to convert them to date format so they will look like below instead:

 

2023-09-01

2022-01-01

2024-05-01

2023-12-01

 

How can I do this please?

 

Any help is much appreciated!
