Connection with SharePoint for Input & Output

I want to use csv/xlsx file from SharePoint as input file and then process it with workflow and then upload my results to another SharePoint file. How to get connections? 

 

I also want to automate this workflow so that it can run every week at specific time.

Can we connect with Alteryx Designer license? Alteryx server license is must to connect with SharePoint?
