Concatenate Fields from two columns

Hi team,

I need concatenate fields, but I only can concatenate the fields that belong to the same from another field, please find below the example:

I need to concatenate the FIELD 2 for each same FIELD 1.

The summarize tool can help you. Group by the first column and concatenate the 2nd.
