Compare dates but some rows are null, fill in null date cells with date closest

Hi All,

See below.

I want all rows with M DATE > T DATE.

But if M DATE is null, I want it to use the Date next to it with the same account number.

The 1st empty Cell in M Date, should populate with 4.18.23 based on the account number and proximity to the cell above.
