Combining rows

I am trying to concatenate rows where Date field is null. See attachment.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi @rajputakansha you need to use a multi-Row Formula tool to create a rank field in order to group your fields when you concatenate them. The setup below would create a rank field for you. I've also attached a sample workflow, let me know what you think?
