Classification table for logistic regression

I was wondering if Alteryx is able to output a classification table to help evaluate a logistic regression model? How would someone generate this?

Both the Model Comparison tool and the Cross Validation tool, available on the Predictive District of the Gallery, create a confusion matrix (aka classification table). Check out sample usages of the tools, also available in the Predictive District.
