Changing date dynamically to specific coloum

Let say I have coloum with some value in it but i want replace the data 12/13/2022 in the coloum but i want it dynamically but value should not change

I could not understand your need and what happens in the print you attached.
Is this date pattern mm/dd/yyyy?
if you can put a more didactic example

Any description contains this pattern: <12/13/2022|12/18/2022>, if there is no value at "service start date" and "service end date", treat 1st date as "service start date", 2nd date as "service end date", and add them to these two columns and the date should be dynamically in further future if we change in input it should automatically change.
