My workflow contains a dozen input files, because I want to share it with my colleagues, I have to change input files' source from desktop to web without changing input files' name, so is there any easy solutions?
You can export your WF as a .yxzp File Type (Options -> Export Workflow) and move this file to the shared location. Once you open this .yxzp Data you will get the WF (.yxmd) and the files associated with this in a seperate Folder. This WF will use Relative Paths and not Absolute ones (Can be seen in Options, Advanced Options, Workflow Dependencies)
